I have always worked in Hospitality - be it a cafe, bar, bistro, fine dining restaurant...

And have worked with some amazing mentors, role models and restauranteurs!

I have studied Professional Wine Service, gained a Level 4 Diploma in the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and travelled to eat in some of the best restaurants in the world with my Chef Husband.

After owning & operating a successful establishment for 8 years I believe it is now my time to share my skills and knowledge with more Waitstaff!
